High calorie baby food

High calorie baby food can be made for babies who are very poor eaters, who are off the weight charts because they don't take in enough calories. Those really need More breast milk or more formula.

Lean protein from meat, poultry, or fish, Legumes (beans), Dark green veggies and orange/red veggies and fruit. We should also reduce grain products, stop using processed infant cereal (shown to cause protein, zinc, fat, and iron deficiency) offer whole grains instead as they are more nutritious and higher in protein.
